Starflight Aviation and G8

On 6th July 2005, Starflight Aviation were approved to fly personnel into Gleneagles for the G8 summit, working alongside the Ministry of Defence who handled the majority of the other flights.

Passengers included Sir Bob Geldof, Bono, George Clooney, and Richard Curtis.

The meeting with the G8 leaders proved invaluable..an additional £25 Million was secured for Aid in Africa.
